摘 要:使用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对过氧化物进行热危险性研究,使用小型封闭压力容器实验(MCPVT)对过氧化物进行热分解特性研究,并采用GC-MS对过氧化物的热分解产物进行研究。研究表明,肉桂酸在甲醇中进行臭氧化反应会生成一种名为[氢过氧基(甲氧基)甲基]苯(HMMB)的过氧化物;DSC实验表明,HMMB分解过程中外推起始放热温度为55.22℃,放热量为1158 J/g;MCPVT实验表明,HMMB外推热失控初始温度为86.70℃,热失控期间温度变化与压力变化分别为69.89℃,0.05 MPa;GC-MS结果表明,HMMB热分解会生成苯、甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯等物质。HMMB热稳定性差、放热量高、易分解并生成有害物质,给肉桂酸制备天然苯甲醛的生产与储存过程带来潜在危险。This paper presents thermal hazard studies of peroxides using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),as well as thermal decomposition studies of peroxides using the small closed pressure vessel test(MCPVT)and thermal decomposition characterisation products of peroxides using GC-MS.It has been shown that ozonation of cinnamic acid in methanol produces a peroxide called(hydroperoxy(methoxy)methyl)benzene(HMMB).The DSC experiments revealed an extrapolated onset temperature of 55.22℃the exothermic amount was 1158 J/g for the exothermic process during the thermal decomposition of HMMB.The MCPVT experiment revealed that the extrapolated initial temperature of HMMB for thermal runaway was 86.70℃,with a temperature change(ΔT)and pressure change(ΔP)of 69.89℃and 0.05 MPa,respectively.According to the GC-MS results,the thermal decomposition of the HMMB would produce benzene,methyl formate,and methyl benzoate,as well as other harmful substances such as benzene and methyl benzoate,which can negatively impact production.Natural benzaldehyde prepared from cinnamic acid may pose potential hazards during production and storage due to the poor thermal stability,high exothermic capacity,and tendency to decompose and generate hazardous substances of HMMB.
