苯酚氧气氧化制对苯醌的工艺研究

摘  要:以苯酚为原料,氧气为氧化剂,在XCl_(2)/YCl(X、Y为两种金属元素)复合金属盐催化剂的催化作用下,合成对苯醌。提出了对该催化氧化反应产物进行定性和定量的分析方法,考察了反应温度、氧气压力、催化剂用量、催化剂配比、苯酚浓度、反应时间等工艺条件对苯酚氧气氧化制对苯醌的影响。结果表明,当以甲醇作溶剂,苯酚浓度为10%,苯酚与催化剂摩尔比为1∶0.36,催化剂中X、Y摩尔比为1∶1,反应温度为50℃,氧气压力为2.5 MPa,反应时间为3 h时,苯酚转化率为72.7%,对苯醌选择性为77.5%,收率可达56.3%。同时,根据反应结果,提出了在X/Y复合金属盐催化剂的作用下,苯酚氧气氧化制对苯醌可能存在的反应机理及路径。Using phenol as raw material and oxygen as oxidant,p-benzoquinone was synthesized under the catalysis of XCl_(2)/YCl(X and Y are two metal elements)composite metal salt catalyst.A qualitative and quantitative analysis method of the catalytic oxidation reaction product was proposed.The effects of reaction temperature,oxygen pressure,catalyst dosage,catalyst ratio,phenol concentration and reaction time on the oxygen oxidation of phenol to p-benzoquinone were investigated.The results show that when methanol is used as solvent,the phenol concentration is 10%,the molar ratio of phenol to catalyst is 1∶0.36,the molar ratio of X to Y in catalyst is 1∶1,the reaction temperature is 50℃,the oxygen pressure is 2.5 MPa,and the reaction time is 3 h,the phenol conversion rate is 72.7%,the selectivity of p-benzoquinone is 77.5%,and the yield can reach 56.3%.At the same time,according to the reaction results,the possible reaction mechanism and path of oxygen oxidation of phenol to p-benzoquinone under the action of X/Y composite metal salt catalyst were put forward.
