摘 要:为进一步恢复老化SBS改性沥青性能,以聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PPGDGE)与废机油(WEO)复配制备再生沥青,深入研究不同PPGDGE掺量下再生剂与老化SBS改性沥青之间的作用规律,确定再生剂最佳掺量。在此基础上,对复配再生沥青混合料的路用性能进行分析。结果表明,复配再生剂能够有效恢复老化SBS改性沥青的低温抗裂性、抗疲劳性、黏滞性,并且对于高温稳定性没有明显影响;综合考虑各项指标,确定复配再生剂最佳配方为6%WEO+2%PPGDGE。在最佳配方下,复配再生剂的加入改善了老化沥青混合料的低温抗裂性和水稳定性,虽然抗车辙性能同未老化混合料相比有所降低,但仍满足规范要求。In order to further restore the performance of aged SBS modified asphalt,recycled asphalt was prepared with different mixtures of polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether(PPGDGE)and waste oil(WEO).The pavement performance of reclaimed SBS asphalt was evaluated and the optimum ratio of regenerant was determined.On this basis,the road performance of reclaimed asphalt mixture was analyzed through rut test,low temperature trabecular bending test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The results show that the compound regenerant can effectively restore the low temperature crack resistance,fatigue resistance and viscosity of aging SBS modified asphalt,and has no obvious effect on the high temperature stability.Considering all the indexes comprehensively,the optimum formulation of the compound regenerant was determined to be 6%WEO+2%PPGDGE.Under the optimal formulation,the addition of the regenerated compound improves the low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the aged asphalt mixture.Although the rutting resistance is lower than that of the unaged mixture,it still meets the specification requirements.
