粉煤灰基吸附剂脱除SO_(3)酸雾实验研究

摘  要:选用Na_(2)CO_(3)、NaHCO_(3)和NaOH溶液作为粉煤灰(FA)活化剂,采用水热法制备了粉煤灰基吸附剂,改善了粉煤灰对SO_(3)酸雾脱除效率低的问题,实现了SO_(3)酸雾的高效、低成本脱除。考察了粉煤灰基吸附剂制备过程中水热反应温度、水热反应时间、碱液浓度和液固比等参数对脱除SO_(3)酸雾性能的影响。粉煤灰基吸附剂最佳的制备条件:水热反应温度100℃、水热反应时间10 h、碱液浓度2 mol/L、液固比10。粉煤灰基吸附剂对SO_(3)酸雾的脱除效率均比原始粉煤灰更高,最高达67.43%,较原灰提高了近5倍。采用XRD、FTIR、SEM和BET对粉煤灰基吸附剂的物相组成、含氧官能团、表面形貌和比表面积进行分析。结果表明,经碱液活化后,粉煤灰基吸附剂的表面变得粗糙且比表面积增大,特征峰强度增强,粉煤灰中的惰性成分在碱性条件下转化成了新的活性成分——沸石、硅酸钠和硅酸铝钠,有利于对SO_(3)酸雾的吸附。Na_(2)CO_(3),NaHCO_(3)and NaOH solutions were selected as activators for fly ash(FA),and a hydrothermal method was used to prepare fly ash based adsorbents,which improved the low removal efficiency of SO_(3)acid mist by fly ash and achieved efficient and low-cost removal of SO_(3)acid mist.The effects of parameters including hydrothermal reaction temperature,hydrothermal reaction time,alkaline solution concentration and liquid-solid ratio during fly ash based adsorbents preparation were investigated.The optimum preparation conditions of fly ash based adsorbents are as follows:hydrothermal reaction temperature 100℃,hydrothermal reaction time 10 h,lye concentration 2 mol/L,and liquid-solid ratio 10.The removal efficiency of SO_(3)acid mist by fly ash based adsorbents is higher than that of raw fly ash,reaching up to 67.43%,which is nearly five times higher than that of raw fly ash.The phase composition,oxygen-containing functional groups,surface morphology and specific surface area of the fly ash based adsorbents are analyzed by XRD,FTIR,SEM and BET.The results show that:after alkaline activation,the surface of fly ash based adsorbents become rough,the specific surface area increase,the characteristic peak strength increase,and the inert components in fly ash are transformed into new active components-zeolite,sodium silicate and sodium aluminosilicate under alkaline conditions.It is beneficial to the adsorption of SO_(3)acid fog.
