轻工业污泥对高硅铝煤的灰熔融特性影响

摘  要:选取了两种典型高AFT煤即高硅煤C1、高铝煤C2,利用灰熔融测定仪、热力学计算、XRD和FTIR研究了LIS在弱还原气氛下对高AFT的C1、C2煤的AFT、矿物组成以及熔体结构的影响。结果表明,LIS的添加量为0%~15%(质量比),C1、C2煤的AFT降低效果明显,添加量为10%时,仅C1煤的AFT满足气流床气化炉液态排渣的要求。莫来石和六铝酸钙(CA6)分别是导致C1、C2煤的AFT高的原因,随着LIS的加入,莫来石和CA6的含量逐渐减少并消失,分别形成大量低熔点矿物钙长石和铁尖晶石。即低熔点矿物钙长石比铁尖晶石更有效于降低熔融温度。C1和C2煤渣的硅酸盐网络结构分布从层状分别转化为链状、环状和链状为主的简单结构。故LIS更适用于降低高硅煤的灰熔融温度。Two typical high-AFT coals,namely high-silica coal C1 and high-alumina coal C2,were selected to study the influence of LIS on the AFT,mineral composition and melt structure of C1 and C2 coals with high AFT under weak reducing atmosphere by using AFT test,thermodynamic calculation,XRD and FTIR.The results show that the addition amount of LIS is 0%~15%(mass ratio),and the AFT of C1 and C2 coal is significantly reduced,and when the addition amount is 10%,only the AFT of C1 coal meets the requirements of liquid slagging in the entrained-flow gasifier.Mullite and CA6 were the causes of high AFT in C1 and C2 coals,respectively,and with the addition of LIS,the contents of mullite and CA6 gradually decreased and disappeared,forming a large number of low melting point minerals anorthite and hercynite,respectively.The low melting point mineral anorthite is more effective at lowering the melting temperature than hercynite.The silicate network structure distribution of C1 and C2 cinder changed from layer structure to chain,ring and chain simple structures,respectively.So LIS is more suitable for reducing the ash melting temperature of high silica coal.
