摘 要:基于可控流变聚丙烯(CRPP)高流动性、窄分子量分布的特点制备了马来酸酐(MAH)接枝可控流变聚丙烯(CRPP-g-MAH)。研究了温度对聚丙烯的流变性能的影响,降解剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)对CRPP的流变性能和力学性能的影响,以及MAH添加量对CRPP-g-MAH接枝率、接枝效率和力学性能的影响。结果表明,温度和DCP添加量对加工条件下PP的平衡扭矩影响较大,对平衡时间影响较小;当DCP添加量达到0.2%时,CRPP力学性能向下出现拐点;在MAH接枝CRPP过程中,存在着多种反应的竞争,当MAH添加量为4%时,获得了高接枝率(2.79%)的CRPP-g-MAH。CRPP-g-MAH was prepared utilizing controlled-rheology polypropylene with the characteristics of high melting flow and narrow molecular weight distribution.Research was conducted involved in effects of temperature on the rheological properties of polypropylene,degradant(dicumyl peroxide,DCP)on the rheological and mechanical properties of CRPP,and MAH contents on grafting ratio,grafting efficiency and mechanical properties of CRPP-g-MAH.The results show temperature and DCP contents have higher impact on balance torque while lower on balance time under processing conditions.The mechanical properties of CRPP take on inflection point downwards when DCP content reaches 0.2%.There exists several chemical reactions in competition during MAH grafting CRPP and a high grafting ratio(2.79%)of CRPP-g-MAH was acquired when MAH content was equal to 4%.
