摘  要:准确测定EVA装置废溶剂中的醋酸乙烯和异十二烷含量是实现废溶剂资源化利用的基础。建立气相色谱同时分析EVA废溶剂中的醋酸乙烯和异十二烷含量的方法,优化了待测组分的色谱分离条件及检测参数,考察了分析方法的准确性和重现性。结果表明,醋酸乙烯和异十二烷的校准曲线相关系数分别达到0.9999和0.9992,方法检定下限分别达到0.28,11.90 mg/L,加标回收率为97.08%~100.15%和99.90%~102.88%,相对标准偏差不超过1.05%与1.80%(n=6),方法具有较好的重现性和较高的准确度,能够满足EVA装置废溶剂中醋酸乙烯和异十二烷回收工艺的指导要求。Accurate determination of vinyl acetate and isododecane containing in waste solvent from EVA plant is the basis for resource utilization of the waste solvent.The method for determining vinyl acetate and isododecane by gas chromatography was established;the chromatographic separation conditions and detection parameters of the components were optimized,the accuracy and repeatability of this method were evaluated.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of calibration curves for vinyl acetate and isododecane reached respectively to 0.9999 and 0.9992,the detection limits of this method can get 0.28 mg/L and 11.90 mg/L,the recovery rate were in the ranges of 97.08%~100.15%and 99.90%~102.88%,with each relative standard deviation of less than 1.05%and less than 1.80%(n=6)by the external standard method respectively.The method has a good repeatability and high accuracy,and can meet the control requirements for the separating process of vinyl acetate and isododecane from waste solvent.
