厌氧区碳源分流多级A/O工艺模型构建与优化

摘  要:为了优化厌氧区碳源分流多级A/O工艺的污染物去除效果,以BioWin软件为模拟平台,根据中试装置实际运行参数对该工艺进行模拟与优化。先根据工艺运行情况构建模型并校正,然后调节运行参数对校正后模型进行优化。结果表明,模型COD、TN、TP与NH^(+)_(4)-N的模拟值与实测值误差较小。在工艺内回流比为240%、碳源分流比为60%、污泥预浓缩比为55%且缺氧池溶解氧浓度为0.05~0.25 mg/L条件下,脱氮除磷效果更佳;当溶解氧浓度为0.15 mg/L时,出水COD、TN、NH^(+)_(4)-N、TP浓度分别为29.06,13.78,0.52,0.36 mg/L,稳定达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。In order to optimize the pollutant removal efficiency of step-feed A/O system with flow distribution of carbon source from anaerobic zone,the process was simulated and optimized based on the actual operating parameters of the pilot plant and the BioWin platform.The model was built and corrected according to the process operation,and then the calibrated model was optimized by adjusting the operating parameters.The results show that the simulated values of COD,TN,TP,and NH^(+)_(4)-N are approximately in agreement with the experimental ones.Under the conditions of 240%reflux ratio,60%carbon source split ratio,55%sludge preconcentration ratio and 0.05~0.25 mg/L dissolved oxygen concentration in anoxic tank,the A/O process can achieve better effects of the denitrification and phosphorus removal.When the concentration of dissolved oxygen is 0.15 mg/L,the concentrations of COD,TN,NH^(+)_(4)-N and TP in the effluent are 29.06,13.78,0.52,0.36 mg/L,respectively,stably reaching the Grade A standard of Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002).
