摘  要:综述了压敏型、疏水成膜型和功能胶结型三种结构的封堵剂对井壁稳定的影响。从材料结构看,压敏型、疏水成膜型两类封堵材料通过压差作用在井壁孔缝处形成致密封堵层,阻止钻井流体对井壁的水化侵蚀,有效防止井壁坍塌。因地质或施工条件引起地层压力变化时,压敏型和疏水成膜型封堵剂易从地层返吐至钻井液中,造成重复漏失。功能胶结封堵材料是通过高温熔融变形、黏结架桥、固化或黏附等方式滞留在井壁漏失通道中,对压差不敏感。功能胶结类封堵剂在井壁形成封堵层后呼吸效应明显减弱,可有效提高钻井过程中的井壁稳定。The review summarizes the effects of three types of plugging agents—pressure-sensitive,hydrophobic film-forming,and functional cementing on wellbore stability.From a material structure perspective,pressure-sensitive and hydrophobic film-forming plugging materials form a dense sealing layer at wellbore pores and fractures through differential pressure,preventing hydration erosion of the wellbore by drilling fluids and effectively avoiding wellbore collapse.However,when formation pressure fluctuates due to geological or operational conditions,the pressure-sensitive and hydrophobic film-forming plugging agents are easy to reflux from the formation to the drilling fluid.Functional cementing plugging materials,on the other hand,remain in the wellbore leakage channels through high-temperature melting deformation,adhesive bridging,curing,or adhesion,and are less sensitive to pressure differentials.After forming a sealing layer on the wellbore,functional cementing plugging agents significantly reduce the“breathing effect,”effectively enhancing wellbore stability during drilling operations.
