摘 要:综述了基于反应原料结构不同的多种丙烯酰胺合成技术的路线设计和催化工艺特点,如丙烯腈水合法、丙烯酸铵盐氨化法、吗啉基丙酰胺原位胺消除法和3-羟基丙酸酯化氨化再脱水法等,探讨了目前用于工业制备的丙烯腈水合法的发展及其产业链上下游的布局。通过对丙烯腈水合法的催化剂和工业装置的技术迭代进行全面分析,展望了丙烯酰胺在合成路线和生产技术两方面的未来突破方向,有利于推动丙烯酰胺基于新型原料或新型催化剂的合成技术开发,解决现有反应体系稳定性较差、生产路线较单一等问题,进一步减少生产成本和上游市场价格波动的影响,实现丙烯酰胺生产工艺的突破。The route design and catalytic process characteristics of various acrylamide synthesis technologies based on the different structures of reaction raw material was reviewed,such as acrylonitrile hydration method,ammonium acrylate ammonification method,in situ amine elimination method of morpholinopropionamide,and 3-hydroxypropionic acid esterification ammonification followed by dehydration method.The development of acrylonitrile hydration method currently used for industrial preparation and the layout of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain were discussed.Through a comprehensive analysis of the technological iteration of catalysts and industrial devices of acrylonitrile hydration method,the future breakthrough directions of acrylamide synthesis routes and production technologies were forecasted,which was conducive to promoting the synthesis technology development of acrylamide based on new raw materials or new catalysts,and solving the problems such as relatively poor stability of the existing reaction system and relatively single production route.Further reduce the impact of production costs and upstream market price fluctuations,and achieve a breakthrough in the production process of acrylamide.
