摘 要:CO_(2)捕集系统通过冷凝分离CO_(2)/H_(2)O混合气体,为实现工业化应用,亟需进一步吸附分离提纯CO_(2)。为高效吸附分离CO_(2)/H_(2)O,实验研究单组分CO_(2)和H_(2)O在椰壳活性炭上的吸附等温线,用等温吸附模型对其进行拟合。基于动态吸附试验系统研究CO_(2)/H_(2)O在活性炭、活性氧化铝、分子筛3A、13X的吸附穿透曲线且用经典的双组分吸附模型E-L、LRC和IAST预测混合气体中CO_(2)和H_(2)O吸附量。结果表明,Toth模型对CO_(2)等温线拟合精度最好,LBET模型对H_(2)O的拟合效果较优;LRC模型预测吸附量优于E-L和IAST两种模型。The CO_(2)capture system separates the CO_(2)/H_(2)O gas mixture by condensation,and further adsorption is urgently needed to separate and purify the CO_(2)for realizing the industrial application.In order to efficiently adsorb and separate CO_(2)/H_(2)O,the adsorption isotherms of single component CO_(2)and single component H_(2)O on coconut shell activated carbon was studied experimentally.The isotherms were fitted by adsorption model.Based on the dynamic adsorption test system,the adsorption breakthrough curves of H_(2)O/CO_(2)on activated carbon,activated alumina,3A,13X were studied.The adsorption amounts of CO_(2)and H_(2)O in the mixed gas were predicted by the two-component adsorption models Extended-Langmuir(E-L),Laden-Ratio Correlation(LRC)and Ideal Adsorption Solution Theory(IAST).The results show that,Toth model has the best fitting accuracy for CO_(2)isotherm,the LBET model has a better fitting effect on H_(2)O;LRC model predicted the adsorption capacity better than E-L and IAST models.
