摘 要:针对当前磷酸二氢锂生产过程的溶液资源化回用率低、无法工业化连续稳定运行等问题。采用蒸发结晶的生产工艺,以氢氧化锂车间的一蒸湿品为原料,研究了工业化生产磷酸二氢锂的可行性,系统考察了原料淋洗及终点结晶温度对产品品质的影响,尤其对过程溶液的资源化回用与处理技术进行了深入探究。结果表明,一次原料淋洗对产品中Na^(+)和SO^(2-)_(4)离子的去除效果显著,去除率分别是92%和56.8%;同时,终点结晶温度对产品中硫酸根和钠离子的含量有一定影响;全循环实验表明,采用25%的结晶母液沉锂,其余过程溶液100%回用的方案,实现了品质达标的磷酸二氢锂产品的合成,磷酸根收率100%,同时生产过程中无任何废液产生富集,有望应用在工业化生产中长期稳定运行。Aiming at the current production of lithium dihydrogen phosphate solution resource utilization rate is low,can not be industrialized continuous and stable operation and other issues.The feasibility of industrial production of lithium dihydrogen phosphate was studied by adopting the production process of evaporation crystallization with the wet product of lithium hydroxide workshop as the raw material,and the influences of raw material rinsing and end-point crystallization temperature on the quality of the product were systematically investigated,especially the recycling and treatment technology of the process solution was deeply explored.The results show that one drenching of raw materials has a significant effect on the removal of Na^(+)and SO ^(2-)_(4) ions in the product,and the removal rate is 92%and 56.8%,respectively;at the same time,the end point crystallization temperature has a certain effect on the content of sulfate and sodium ions in the product.The full cycle experiment shows that the production of qualified lithium dihydrogen phosphate is realized after the crystallization mother liquor of 25%is used for lithium precipitation,meanwhile,no waste liquid is enriched in the production process,and the method is expected to be applied to the long-term stable operation in industrial production.
