摘  要:针对急性缺血性卒中(AIS)的治疗挑战,设计了一套面向蝶腭神经节电刺激的无线供能系统,以解决传统救治的局限性。通过采用近场的磁谐振耦合技术和具有恒流特性的S-S拓扑结构,提供稳定的电流供应;为保证恒定频率下的稳定传输,将线圈耦合控制在临界耦合点附近,以抑制频率分裂效应。系统使用直径10 mm的接收线圈,在空气和生物组织中达到25%和12%的功率传输效率(PTE),并在接收线圈与发射线圈中心偏离5 mm内保持对准时效率的90%以上,展现了良好的未对准容差。这一创新解决方案有望满足蝶腭神经电刺激仪器的供能需求,为AIS治疗提供了新的可能。In response to the therapeutic challenges of Acute Ischemic Stroke(AIS),a wireless power supply system for sphenopalatine ganglion electrical stimulation has been designed to address the limitations of traditional treatment.By employing near-field magnetic resonance coupling technology and an S-S topology with constant current characteristics,a stable current supply is provided.To ensure stable transmission at a constant frequency,the coil coupling is controlled near the critical coupling point to suppress the frequency splitting effect.The system uses a receiving coil with a diameter of 10 mm,achieving a Power Transfer Efficiency(PTE)of 25%in air and 12%in biological tissue,and maintaining over 90%of the alignment efficiency when the receiving coil deviates from the center of the transmitting coil by 5 mm,demonstrating good misalignment tolerance.This innovative solution is expected to meet the power supply needs of sphenopalatine ganglion electrical stimulation instruments,offering new possibilities for the treatment of AIS.
