某型风电机组偏航轴承极限载荷的测试与分析

摘  要:在风力发电机的安全运行方面,偏航轴承在极限载荷作用下的结构强度是其中的关键要素,一般在应用前需要采用单一工况极限载荷校核其结构强度。为解决偏航轴承采用单一工况极限载荷校核结构强度时,计算准确性较低这一问题,以FD-9787/2570偏航轴承为例对极限载荷进行了测试与真值分析。首先,使用Bladed软件仿真,得到了不同工况下的载荷数据,采用分类方式处理了极限载荷数据,并依据不同切入风速划分了子工况;然后,利用自助最大熵方法,获取了不同切入风速下极限载荷的估计真值;最后,采用试验加载了不同切入风速下的极限载荷,测得振动信号值并对比了加载极限载荷与未加载极限载荷状态的威布尔分布参数,对结构强度是否满足要求进行了判断。研究结果表明:将加载了极限载荷估计真值与未加载载荷的FD-9787/2570偏航轴承进行对比,得到振动信号威布尔分布形状参数最大变化为8.6%,尺度参数最大变化为3.1%。上述结果证明,该偏航轴承结构强度可满足风力发电机各种极限工况的需求。The structural strength of yaw bearings under limit loads is a key element for the safe operation of wind turbines.A single operating condition limit load was generally used to verify its structural strength before deployment.In order to address the issue of reduced accuracy in structural strength calculations for yaw bearings assessed under a single operating condition limit load,a true value analysis and test were conducted on the limit loads using FD-9787/2570 yaw bearing as an example.Firstly,load data under different operating conditions were simulated using Bladed software.The ultimate load data was processed using a classification method,and sub operating conditions were divided based on different wind speeds.Then,the self-service maximum entropy method was used to obtain the estimated true values of the ultimate load under different wind speeds.Finally,the experiments were conducted to load the ultimate load at different wind speeds,the vibration signal values were measured,and the Weibull distribution parameters of the loaded ultimate load and unloaded ultimate load states were compared to determine whether the structural strength meets the requirements.The research results show that comparing the estimated true value of the loaded ultimate load with the FD-9787/2570 yaw bearing without load,the maximum change in the Weibull distribution shape parameter of the vibration signal is 8.6%,and the maximum change in the scale parameter is 3.1%.It proves that the structural strength of the yaw bearing can meet various extreme working condition requirements.
