摘  要:在传统机械制造业转型升级的背景下,针对中小型制造企业在智能工厂建设、转变生产模式过程中的体系架构设计缺失、车间布局规划不合理、信息集成应用困难等问题,提出了一套应用于中小企业智能工厂建设的设计方法,并对该设计方法进行了实例验证。首先,根据中小企业的实际特点和发展目标设计了中小型企业智能工厂的体系架构模型,分析了智能工厂体系架构的组成内容及其相互关系;然后,对工厂布局规划方法进行了阐述,探索了智能工厂建设过程中车间生产布局的设计方法和实施流程,规划了企业信息化应用集成系统的框架与流程,实现了对车间生产数据的采集以及信息系统的集成融合;最后,以某企业为案例,对智能工厂规划设计方法在中小型传统机械制造业的应用进行了验证。研究结果表明:采用该方法后,与传统制造模式和生产过程相比,产能提高了53.8%,用工成本降低了20%,提高了企业的生产水平。这证明该方法对推动中小企业改善传统生产方式和运营模式有积极的促进作用。In the context of transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry,a set of design methods and implementation points for the construction of smart factories in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises were proposed to solve the problems of lack of system architecture design,unreasonable workshop layout planning,and difficulty in information integration application in the process of smart factory construction and production mode transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.And the successful implementation of this design method was verified through practical examples.Firstly,according to the actual characteristics and development goals of small and medium-sized enterprises,the system architecture model of smart factories of small and medium-sized enterprises was designed,and the components and their interrelationships of the smart factory system architecture were analyzed.Secondly,the factory layout planning method was explained,and the design method and implementation process of workshop production layout in the process of smart factory implementation and construction were studied and explored;the framework and process of enterprise information application integration system were planned and designed,and workshop production data collection and information system integration were completed.Finally,taking a certain enterprise as a case,the application verification of smart factory planning and design methods in small and medium-sized traditional manufacturing industries was carried out.The research results show that after adopting this method,compared with the traditional manufacturing mode and production process,the production capacity is increased by 53.8%,the labor cost is reduced by 20%,and the production level of the enterprise is improved.It verifies the effectiveness of this method and proves that this method has a positive role in promoting small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their traditional production methods and operational models.
