摘 要:针对某石化公司气柜瓦斯脱硫装置管线异常振动问题,对该装置富胺液循环泵出口管线进行了研究。首先,建立了管道模态分析及颗粒阻尼器减振原理的理论模型;然后,利用ANSYS建立了管道数值模型,进行了流场仿真分析,并对管道进行了模态试验及振动测试,验证了模型的准确性;最后,利用EDEM离散元分析软件进行了仿真及现场试验,探究了不同填充率颗粒阻尼器的减振效果。研究结果表明:管道异常振动的主要原因是流体压力脉动激励频率接近管道固有频率,同时管道弯头处易受到共振产生的交变应力作用,造成其结构疲劳破坏;不同填充率的颗粒阻尼器均能有效降低管道振幅,其中70%填充率减振效果最优;与传统的减振方法相比,颗粒阻尼减振技术具有减振频带宽、适用性强等特点,在管道适当位置安装颗粒阻尼器,能有效降低管道振动,保障设备安全运行。Aiming at the problem of abnormal vibration in the pipeline of Fushun Petrochemical Company's gas desulfurization unit,the outlet pipeline of the rich amine liquid circulating pump of the unit was studied.Firstly,the theoretical model of pipeline modal analysis and particle damper vibration reduction principle was established.Then,the numerical model of the pipeline was established by ANSYS,and the flow field simulation analysis was carried out.The modal test and vibration test of the pipeline were carried out to verify the accuracy of the model.Finally,the simulation and field test were carried out by using EDEM discrete element analysis software to explore the vibration reduction effect of particle dampers with different filling ratios.The research results show that the main reason for the abnormal vibration of the pipeline is that the excitation frequency of the fluid pressure fluctuation is close to the natural frequency of the pipeline,and the elbow of the pipeline is vulnerable to the alternating stress caused by resonance,resulting in structural fatigue damage.The particle dampers with different filling rates can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the pipeline,and the 70% filling rate has the best vibration reduction effect.Comparing with the traditional vibration reduction methods,the particle damping vibration reduction technology has the characteristics of vibration reduction frequency bandwidth and strong applicability.The installation of particle damper in the appropriate position of the pipeline can effectively reduce the pipeline vibration and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
