摘  要:结合实际工程对重力热管背板在使用过程中发生腐蚀泄漏的现象进行分析,经现场排查和金相分析,确认为蚁穴腐蚀。通过分析蚁穴腐蚀的产生机制及影响因素,分别从换热器生产阶段、换热器储运阶段、空调系统安装调试阶段给出相应的预防措施,包括对换热器进行充氮保护、保证制冷系统真空度、提高铜管抗腐蚀性能等。实际验证结果显示,各部件均未发生蚁穴腐蚀,预防措施效果显著。The corrosion leakage phenomenon of gravity heat pipe backboard in the process of use is analyzed based on a practical engineering. Through on-site investigation and metallographic analysis, it is confirmed that it is ant nest corrosion. The mechanism and influencing factors of ant nest corrosion are analyzed, and the corresponding preventive measures are given in the production stage of heat exchanger, the storage and transportation stage of heat exchanger, and the installation and debugging stage of air-conditioning system. The measures include nitrogen filling protection of heat exchanger, keeping vacuum degree of the refrigeration system, improving the anti-corrosion performance of copper tubes, etc. Through the practical verification, the results show that the ant nest corrosion never happens on the components, and the preventive measures have obvious effect.
