摘 要:随着高密度机柜级服务器的应用和普及,采用传统房间级精密空调制冷系统会造成制冷量的损耗,从而导致数据中心PUE居高不下。文章提出了一种用于数据中心机柜级的直膨式蒸发冷却背板制冷系统,减少机房制冷系统的冷量损失,提高数据中心的能源利用效率。文章对一种机柜级制冷系统的蒸发冷板进行了试验研究,试验环境温度30℃,模拟散热量5~7 kW,压缩机转速调节范围为3 000~5 000 r/min。在稳态下进行测试,取系统性能参数稳定部分进行数据处理与测试结果分析。结果表明,蒸发冷板的平均温度稳定在18.5℃,温差控制在4℃以内,能够给机柜持续稳定供冷。With the application and popularity of high-density whole cabinet servers, the traditional room-level precision air conditioning and cooling system causes cooling capacity loss, resulting in high PUE of data center. This paper presents a direct expansion refrigeration system for the whole cabinet of data center, which can reduce the cooling loss of refrigeration system and improve the energy efficiency of data center. In this paper, an experimental study on the evaporation backboard of a rack-level refrigeration system is carried out. The ambient temperature is 30 ℃, the simulated heat dissipation is 5~7 kW, and the compressor speed is adjusted between 3 000 r/min and 5 000 r/min. In the steady state test, the stable part of the system performance parameters is chosen for data processing and results analysis. The results show that the average temperature of the evaporation backboard is stable at 18.5 ℃, the temperature difference is controlled within 4 ℃, which can supply continuous and uniform cooling to the cabinet.
