空调管路运行应力超标问题试验分析

摘  要:针对与单进“回形针”型冷凝器入口管装配的排气管,在压机运行中单点应力严重超标的问题,基于力的分解和增加管路柔性的思路改变管路布局,设计5个管路方案,并利用仿真和试验方法相结合,对管路的折弯角度,折弯平面等参数进行试验分析,试验结果表明:增加管路柔性和调整管路折弯角度对降低运行应力效果有限;调整管路布局将其模态振型从压机切向改为径向,单点运行应力从77.2 MPa减小到6.6 MPa,解决了该管路单点运行应力严重超标问题。分析结果为单转子压缩机配套单进冷凝器入口管的管路设计提供有益指导。In view of the problem that the exhaust pipe assembled with the single inlet pipe of the ‘paper clip' condenser seriously exceeds the standard stress at a single point in the operation of the press, based on the decomposition of force and the idea of increasing pipeline flexibility, this paper changes the pipeline layout, designs five pipeline schemes, and uses the combination of simulation and experiment methods to conduct experimental analysis on the bending Angle, bending plane and other parameters of the pipeline. The experimental results show that: Increasing pipe flexibility and adjusting pipe bending Angle have limited effect on reducing operating stress. The mode shape of the pipe was changed from tangential to radial by adjusting the pipe layout, and the single point operating stress was reduced from 77.2 MPa to 6.6 MPa, which solved the problem of the single point operating stress exceeding the standard seriously. It provides useful guidance for the design of the inlet pipe of single inlet condenser for single rotor compressor.
