摘  要:针对质子治疗装置旋转治疗室的空间特点及空调工艺要求,对治疗区及设备区空调系统进行设计。采用合理送风口分层设置以及按季节变化设置送风方向等措施,保证纵向温度梯度满足要求;通过在辐射防护区域内空调系统与排烟系统共用主风管,在辐射防护区域外空调风管与排烟风管通过电动阀进行通路切换,解决环境温度稳定性与辐射防护屏蔽面积相冲突的问题。空调系统实际运行温度监测结果表明:治疗区和设备区温度分别稳定在23.50~24.50℃和23.80~24.00℃,17 m空间高度的纵向温度梯度可以控制在1℃以内。该设计方法可为大型高精度机械装置所在的高大空间区域空调通风设计提供参考。According to the space characteristics of the rotating treatment room with proton therapy equipment and the technological requirements of air-conditioning system, the air-conditioning system in the treatment area and equipment area is designed. Some measures are applied to satisfy the requirements of longitudinal temperature gradient, such as layered air supply outlets and setting air supply directions as the seasons change. Through the method of the air-conditioning system and smoke exhaust system sharing the same main air ducts in the radiation protection areas, and the air-conditioning air ducts and the smoke exhaust ducts interchanging by electric valve out of the radiation protection areas, the contradiction between the environment temperature stability and the shielding area of radiation protection can be solved. The temperature monitoring results of the air-conditioning system operation show that the temperatures of therapy area and equipment area remain at 23.50-24.50 ℃ and 23.80-24.00 ℃ respectively, and the longitudinal temperature gradient in the space height of 17 m can be controlled within 1 ℃. This design method can provide references for the air-conditioning and ventilation design in large space where such large high-precision mechanical devices are located.
