摘  要:传统的热泵热水系统在低环境温度下会出现制热能力下降、启动困难等问题,本文使用三水醋酸钠作为相变材料,通过加入LiNO_(3)作为共晶盐调节三水醋酸钠的相变温度为45~54℃,满足热泵热水系统的蓄热温度要求,加入质量分数为20%的多孔膨胀石墨将三水醋酸钠的导热系数从0.60 W/(m·K)提升至8.25 W/(m·K)。通过对蛇形管式相变蓄热器进行模拟计算实现结构和性能优化,使其具有较高的储能密度和平均功率。将相变蓄热器与热泵热水系统进行耦合,直接作为热泵系统中的冷凝器,结构紧凑,蓄放热功率大,可用于解决寒冷地区热能供需时间不匹配问题。Traditional heat pump hot water systems encounter problems such as heating capacity decrease and difficulty in starting at low ambient temperature.Using so dium acetate trihydrate used as the phase change material and LiNO_(3) as the eutectic salt to adjust the phase change temperature of sodium acetate trihydrate to 45-54℃,it can meet the heat storage temperature requirement of heat pump hot water system.By adding porous expanded graphite with 20%mass fraction,the thermal conductivity of sodium acetate trihydrate can be increased from 0.6 W/(m·K)to 8.25 W/(m·K).Through the simulation calculation on the serpentine tube phase change heat storage device,the structure and per formance are optimized,with higher energy storage density and average power.By cou pling the phase change heat storage device with the heat pump hot water system and using it as the condenser directly,it can be used to solve the problem of mismatched heat supply and demand in cold areas,with a compact structure and large heat storage and release power.
