摘  要:近些年,随着在轨卫星数量的急剧增长,传统的单一功能星座各自独立演进的发展模式已无法满足未来需要。针对以异构巨星座为基础的新一代天基信息体系中亟待解决的异构星座网络链路设计、时空基准对齐、复杂多任务协同等关键难题,结合国内外异构巨星座发展情况与技术研判,以支撑统合重大工程及商业星座资源为目标,提出了一种基于多级智能体框架的异构巨星座构建方案。该方案设计了包含单星、区域与全局的多级智能体框架,并建立了与架构相匹配的智能体功能实现机制,实现了体系升级重构。基于多智能体框架的结构可有效管理复杂异构星座体系,并实现其应用与迭代,为在复杂条件下赢得天基信息优势奠定了坚实基础。With the rapid increase in the number of satellites in orbit in recent years,the traditional development model,where single-function systems evolve independently,can no longer meet future requirements.Aiming at the key problems that urgently need to be solved in the new-generation space-based information system based on heterogeneous mega-constellations,such as the design of heterogeneous constellation network links,the alignment of spatiotemporal benchmarks,and the coordination of complex multi-tasks,this paper,based on the development situation and technical judgment of heterogeneous mega-constellations at home and abroad,proposes a construction scheme of heterogeneous mega-constellations based on a multi-level agent framework with the aim of supporting the integration of resources from major projects and commercial constellations.A multi-level agent framework including single satellites,regions and the whole,is designed,and an agent function implementation mechanism matching the architecture is established,thus realizing the upgrade and reconstruction of the system.The structure based on the multi-agent framework can effectively manage the complex heterogeneous constellation system and enable its application and iteration,laying a solid foundation for winning the space-based information advantage under complex conditions.
