摘  要:当前,低轨星群正在落地实施,边缘计算技术与低轨星群的结合已经成为航天技术重要的发展方向。本文从提升低轨星群在轨处理多种人工智能(AI)任务能力的角度出发,提出了在轨边缘微云的概念,即由多颗物理空间临近或通信拓扑相连的卫星组网,实现多星协同计算。基于AI任务差异化的服务需求,进一步研究了支持在轨边缘微云的AI服务配置,分析了在轨边缘微云的两种服务模式,设计了其基本架构和服务流程,提出了基于图神经网络的新型网络切片策略,以满足各种在轨AI服务质量(QoS)要求。最后,利用Walker星座对在轨边缘微云建立、云边迁移、边边迁移任务、网络切片优化进行了仿真验证。实验结果证明本文提出基于在轨边缘微云的网络切片算法的时延精度综合性能指标比传统算法提升约15%。Currently,the implementation of Low Earth Orbit(LEO)satellite constellation is underway,and the integration of edge computing technology with LEO constellation has emerged as a significant direction of aerospace technology development.From the perspective of enhancing the On-Orbit processing capability of LEO constellation,this paper introduces the concept of On-Orbit Edge Micro-Clouds,which involves networking multiple satellites that are either physically proximate or connected via communication topology to enable collaborative computing among them.Based on the differentiated service requirements of AI tasks,further research was conducted on AI service configuration to support On-Orbit Edge Micro-Clouds,two service modes for On-Orbit Edge Micro-Clouds are analyzed,their basic architecture and service processes are designed,and a novel network slicing strategy based on Graph Neural Networks(GNN)is proposed to meet the QoS requirements of various in-orbit AI services.Finally,Walker Constellation is used to simulate and verify the establishment,cloud-toedge migration,edge-to-edge migration and network slicing optimization tasks of On-Orbit Edge Micro-Clouds.
