摘　　要：改进和创新在校生思想政治教育工作是提升公安院校人才培养质量的重要途径。在建立基于“三全育人”理念的公安院校学生思想政治教育工作创新思路的基础上,通过充分挖掘公安特色文化的育人功能来创新公安院校思想政治教育体系资源建设;通过实施新生入学系列教育,构建忠诚教育体系,打造“四实”贯通的思想政治教育体系,构建德智体美劳“五育”并举人才培养体系,以实现课外教育与课内教育的衔接,强化每个教学环节的思想政治教育责任,创新思想政治教育方式和实践。Improving and innovating the ideological and political education of students is an important way to enhance the quality of talent cultivation in police colleges and universities.On the basis of establishing innovative ideas for ideological and political education of students in police colleges and universities based on the concept of“three all-arounds education”,by fully tapping into the nurturing function of police culture,the construction of resources for the ideological and political education system in police colleges and universities should be innovated;by implementing a series of education for freshmen,a loyalty education system should be built,an ideological and political education system that integrates solid policy,solid operation,solid promotion,and solid service should be created,and a talent cultivation system that combines morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor should be established.Thus,extracurricular education and intracurricular education can be well connected,the responsibility of ideological and political education in each teaching step can be strengthened,and the methods and practices of ideological and political education can be innovated.
