警务实战需求下实验实训教学体系的构建与优化——以公安院校交通管理工程专业为例

摘　　要：随着交通管理工作的日益复杂化,公安交通管理工程专业人才需求日益增长。为更好地满足警务实战需求,构建与优化实验实训教学体系显得尤为重要。本文以公安院校交通管理工程专业为例,探讨了实验实训教学体系构建与优化的路径,明确了交通管理工程专业学生应具备的基本能力和技能。建立以道路交通管理、事故调查处理、交通安全宣传、虚拟仿真交通控制等为主要内容的实验实训课程体系。通过不断优化、完善实验实训教学内容、方法和设施,可以更好地培养具备实战能力和创新精神的高素质人才,为交通管理工作的高效开展提供有力支撑。With the increasing complexity of traffic management,the demand for professional talents in the police traffic management engineering is growing.In order to better meet the practical needs of the policing practice,it is particularly important to build and optimize the experimental training teaching system.Taking the traffic management engineering major of police colleges and universities as an example,this paper discusses the construction and optimization of the experimental training teaching system,and clarifies the basic abilities and skills that students of the traffic management engineering major should have.An experimental training course system with road traffic management,accident investigation and handling,traffic safety publicity,virtual simulation traffic control,etc.as the main contents should be established.By continuously optimizing and improving the contents,methods and facilities of experimental training teaching,high-quality talents with practical ability and innovative spirit can be better cultivated,providing strong support for the efficient development of traffic management.
