宋仁宗的纳谏心态与仁宗朝谏官活动

摘　　要：宋仁宗具有深厚的儒家文化素养,性格宽仁、多疑,深谙“异论相搅”的统治策略。一方面,仁宗从容纳谏,优容、鼓励谏诤,他通过赐谏官品级较高的官服、令谏官参与观谒活动等方式鼓励敢言、称职的谏官。谏官对仁宗的鼓励积极回应,勇于谏诤,无所畏惧。另一方面,谏官在谏诤过程中产生了攻讦人私、邀名求进等不良风气。仁宗对谏官极言直谏行为产生了抵触心理,开始疏远、贬黜刚直疾恶之人,不断对谏官行为进行限制和规范。Song Renzong possessed profound Confucian cultural accomplishments,a benevolent yet suspicious character,and a deep understanding of the ruling strategy of“mixing differing opinions”.On the one hand,Renzong welcomed advice with an open mind.He encouraged competent imperial censors to speak up by granting them higher-ranking official robes and allowing them to participate in court activities.The imperial censors responded positively to Renzong’s encouragement,displaying courage in their admonitions without fear.On the other hand,during the process of giving advice,some imperial censors developed unhealthy practices such as attacking others’privacy and seeking fame and advancement.In response,Renzong became resistant to the behavior of these imperial censors,began to alienate and demote those who were upright and hated vice,and continuously restricted and standardized the behavior of imperial censors.
