英式橄榄球融入民办高校体育课程的价值

摘　　要：英式橄榄球在上世纪90年代进入我国,但在我国发展缓慢。随着7人制橄榄球纳入奥运会比赛项目后,橄榄球项目在中国高校才生根发芽。橄榄球项目融合了篮球的接球、足球的射门、棒球的传球、田径的短跑等技术特点,对于提高大学生身体素质、团队协作有直接帮助。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法分析英式橄榄球课程在民办高校开展的价值。研究认为,英式橄榄球对激发学生体育锻炼兴趣、提高学生身心健康、培养学生团队协作精神有促进作用。英式橄榄球通过“校庆杯”“体育文化节”等活动开展校内比赛,可增强班级的凝聚力和团结,有利于班级管理。民办高校英式橄榄球项目利用课堂——社团——专业队打造课内课外一体化教学模式,加强校内专业队训练,通过参加大型的英式橄榄球比赛,提升民办院校的知名度。Rugby entered our country in the 90s of the last century,but it has developed slowly in our country.With the inclusion of rugby 7s in the Olympic programme,rugby took root in Chinese universities.Rugby integrates the technical characteristics of basketball,football,baseball,track and field,etc.,which is directly helpful for improving the physical fitness and teamwork of college students.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method and other research methods to analyze the value of rugby courses in private universities.The study concluded that rugby can stimulate students’interest in physical exercise,improve students’physical and mental health,and cultivate students’teamwork spirit.Rugby is played in the school through activities such as“School Celebration Cup”and“Sports and Culture Festival”,which can enhance the cohesion and unity of the class and facilitate class management.The rugby program in private colleges and universities uses classrooms,clubs,and professional teams to create an in-class and out-of-class integrated teaching model,strengthen the training of professional teams in the school,and increase the popularity of private colleges and universities by participating in large-scale rugby games.
