呼倫貝爾地區臨床醫學碩士研究生的科研困境與出路

摘　　要：呼倫貝爾地區臨床醫學專業研究生的科研能力普遍低於其他地區,尤其是低於經濟發達地區。呼倫貝爾地區臨床醫學研究生的培養過程中存在科研資源匱乏、科研實踐機會有限、科研指導支持不足以及研究生科研創新意識不強等問題。這些問題嚴重制約了呼倫貝爾地區研究生科研能力的提升。本文通過系統總結呼倫貝爾地區臨床醫學專業碩士研究生的科研能力現狀,分析他們在科研活動中面臨的挑戰及存在的主要問題。在深入分析制約呼倫貝爾地區臨床醫學專業碩士研究生的科研能力提高因素的基礎上,提出針對性的提升策略,為呼倫貝爾地區臨床醫學研究生的科研能力提升提供實操性指導,也為全面提高呼倫貝爾地區臨床醫學碩士研究生的科研水準和培養品質提供參考。The research abilities of postgraduate students in clinical medicine from the Hulunbuir region are generally lower than those from other areas,especially those of developed areas in China.During their training,they face various issues,such as a lack of research resources,limited research practice opportunities,insufficient guidance and support and weak innovative awareness.These factors severely impair the improvement of their research capabilities.This article aims to thoroughly examine the current state of research abilities among clinical medicine master's students in the Hulunbuir region,analyze the challenges,and main problems they encounter in their scientific research activities and to propose targeted strategies to enhance their research skills.The goal is to provide practical guidance to improve the research capabilities of postgraduate students in clinical medicine from the Hulunbuir region,thereby assisting in elevating their overall research level and training quality.
