摘 要:以唐钢生产的450 MPa、590 MPa和780 MPa级别双相钢材料为研究对象,研究不同预拉伸应变量下材料的烘烤硬化性能及其影响因素。结果表明,450 MPa、590 MPa和780 MPa级别双相钢均具有优良的烘烤硬化特性,不同预拉伸应变量下的BH值均满足标准要求。随着预拉伸应变量的增加,BH的变化趋势呈多样化,其中450 DP的BH值呈单调上升趋势,590 DP和780 DP的BH值呈先降后升的趋势,且转折点均在应变量2%附近。450 DP、590 DP和780 DP经应变烘烤后屈服强度升高,抗凹性能提高。应变量达到2%时,三个钢种的屈服强度的增加值均超过100 MPa。This article takes the 450 MPa,590 MPa,and 780 MPa grade dual phase steel materials produced by Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and studies the baking hardening performance and influencing factors of the materials under different strain variables.The results show that 450 MPa,590 MPa,and 780 MPa grade dual phase steels all have excellent bake hardening characteristics,and the BH values under different strains meet the standard requirements.With the increase of forming strain,the trend of BH variation is diversified.As the strain increases,the BH value of 450 DP shows a monotonic upward trend,while the BH values of 590 DP and 780 DP show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,and the turning points are all around 2%of the strain.After strain baking,the yield strength of 450 DP,590 DP,and 780 DP increased,and the anti concave performance improved.When the strain reaches 2%,the increase in yield strength of all three steel grades exceeds 100 MPa.
