摘  要:对于褐铁矿型的红土镍矿在进行加工生产的实践工作中,现阶段的常用生产工艺方法是应用烧结镍矿技术。但在镍矿烧结特殊形式下,技术操作人员如果未能妥善对整个烧结过程的相关指标进行把控,则会比较易于形成加工烧结后的矿产资源无法达到最基本的加工质量效果,同时还会造成烧结矿产加工的资源损耗风险。因此,探讨烧结褐铁矿型红土镍矿的试验测定结果,合理完善针对特殊类型红土镍矿的矿产资源烧结加工方案,为相关技术人员提供借鉴和参考。In the practical work of processing and production of limonite-type laterite nickel ore,the commonly used production process method at this stage is the application of sintered nickel ore technology.However,under the special form of nickel ore sintering,if the technical operators fail to properly control the relevant indicators throughout the entire sintering process,it is quite easy to form sintered mineral resources that cannot achieve the basic processing quality effect,and at the same time,it will cause the risk of resource loss during the sintered mineral processing.Therefore,this paper discusses the experimental determination results of sintering limonite-type laterite nickel ore,reasonably improves the sintering processing scheme for special types of laterite nickel ore,and provides reference for related technical personnel.
