摘 要:通过统计分析冲击功波动情况以及典型试样的金相和断口SEM检测,研究发现,卷取温度对厚度12 mm的700 L冲击功影响十分显著,厚度12 mm的700 L卷取温度大于600℃时,芯部组织中出现少量珠光体,少量芯部珠光体呈现条带状分布,并且先共析铁素体较多,降低了冲击功。TiN尺寸8~12μm时对冲击功有一定影响。Through statistical analysis of the fluctuation of impact energy and metallographic and fracture SEM testing of typical samples,it was found that the coiling temperature has a significant effect on the impact energy of 700 L with a thickness of 12 mm.When the coiling temperature of 700 L with a thickness of 12 mm is greater than 600℃,a small amount of pearlite appears in the core tissue,and the small amount of pearlite in the core presents a strip like distribution.In addition,there is more pearlite in the pre eutectoid structure,which reduces the impact energy.The TiN size of 8μm~12μm has a certain impact on the impact energy.
