摘  要:对特材研制公司冷却水控制系统进行优化改造,增加了熔融炉各炉体进回水流量、温度检测,并与熔炼电源通断进行连锁控制,确保在熔融炉炉体冷却水出现故障时,迅速切断熔炼电源;同时新建熔融炉、电渣重熔炉、真空感应炉及真空自耗炉应急水控制系统,保证在停电等极端情况下冷却水供应的设备安全,极大提高了设备的安全性能。通过对冷却水控制系统的优化改造,效果显著,保证了各金属熔融炉的可靠运行,为特材研制公司降本增效提供了设备保障。The cooling water control system of Special Material Research and Development Company was optimized to increase the flow rate and temperature detection of the inlet and return water of each furnace body of the melting furnace,and the chain control was carried out to ensure that the melting power supply was quickly cut off when the cooling water of the furnace body was faulty.At the same time,the new melting furnace,electroslag remelting furnace,vacuum induction furnace and vacuum consumable furnace emergency water control system to ensure the safety of cooling water supply equipment in extreme cases such as power failure,greatly improving the safety performance of equipment.Through the optimization of the cooling water control system,the effect is remarkable,ensuring the reliable operation of each metal melting furnace,and providing equipment guarantee for the special material development company to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
