摘　　要：穆迪以产品和客户为导向不断推进优化重组实现内生式增长,同时通过收购、兼并等控股或参股方式促进外延式发展,并持续进行国际化扩张。穆迪钢铁企业评级方法和模型并不复杂,目的是提高透明度,并避免为了使打分表指示的评级更贴近实际评级而过于复杂,更多突出了实践价值。Moody's continues to promote optimization and restructuring,so as to achieve endogenous growth under the guidance of products and customers,as well as promote extension development through acquisitions,mergers and other holding or equity participation,and continues international expansion.Moody's steel rating methodology and models are not complex,the aim is to improve transparency and avoid over-complexity in order to make the ratings indicated in the scoring table closer to the actual ratings,which highlights the practical value.
