摘 要:电力储能系统在配电网中的应用可以对配电网运行产生多方面的影响,供电可靠性提高,可以在配电网中作为备用电源;电压调节和功率平衡,可以通过控制输出功率,对配电网中的电压进行调节,保持合适的电压水平;调峰填谷和负荷管理,可以在负荷高峰期储存电能,负荷低谷期释放电能,实现储能和供能的平衡;频率扩展和频率恢复,可以响应电网频率的变化,向电网提供或吸收电能,实现频率的扩展和恢复;电压质量改善,可以通过控制输出电流,补偿电网中的电压波动和谐波扰动,提高电网的电压质量等。分析了可用于提高配电网效率的储能系统,考虑了两种储能系统的工作特点及其对分布式电网工作模式的影响,并提出了一种确定配电网储能系统经济效率的标准。The application of electric energy storage systems in distribution networks can have multiple impacts on the operation of the distribution network,improve power supply reliability,and serve as backup power sources in the distribution network;Voltage regulation and power balance can adjust the voltage in the distribution network by controlling the output power to maintain an appropriate voltage level.Peak shaving and load management can store electricity during peak load periods and release electricity during low load periods,achieving a balance between energy storage and supply.Frequency expansion and frequency recovery can respond to changes in the frequency of the power grid,provide or absorb electrical energy to the power grid,and achieve frequency expansion and recovery;The improvement of voltage quality can be achieved by controlling the output current,compensating for voltage fluctuations and harmonic disturbances in the power grid,and improving the voltage quality of the power grid.This article analyzes energy storage systems that can be used to improve the efficiency of distribution networks,considers the working characteristics of two types of the energy storage systems and their impact on the working mode of distributed power grids,and proposes a standard for determining the economic efficiency of distribution network energy storage systems.
