摘 要:为提高非车载充电机辅助电源转换效率,介绍了一种应用在非车载充电机辅助电源后级电路上的LLC电路,详细分析了电路工作原理、开关损耗和传导损耗,对电路参数进行了优化设计,基于L6599芯片搭建了实验电路,额定条件下效率大于0.94,验证了设计的可行性和有效性。In order to improve the conversion efficiency of auxiliary power supply for off-board chargers,a LLC circuit applied to the post-circuit of auxiliary power supply for off-board chargers was introduced.The circuit working principle,switching loss,and conduction loss were analyzed in detail,and the circuit parameters were optimized.An experimental circuit was built based on L6599 chip,and the efficiency was over 0.94 under rated conditions.The experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design.
