摘  要:针对一起特高压变电站1100kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备局部放电异常缺陷进行了详细分析。结合现场局放复测、内窥镜精准定位以及返厂解体检查,得出开关线路侧动弧触头外导流套因结构设计不合理,造成合闸过程中静弧触头插入,导致外导流套受径向膨胀力而崩裂,产生的金属碎片掉落至开关筒体底部,是发生本次局部放电异常情况的根本原因。最后,为避免同类型缺陷再次发生,提出了相应改进措施及建议。An abnormal partial discharge defects in a 1100kV gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear in an ultra-high voltage substation is analyzed in this paper.Based on on-site partial discharge retesting,precise positioning of the endoscope,and disassembly inspection at the factory,it is found that the external guide sleeve of the moving arc contact on the switch circuit side is inserted during the closing process due to unreasonable structural design,resulting in the static arc contact being inserted,causing the external guide sleeve to crack due to radial expansion force,and the resulting metal fragments falling to the bottom of the switch cylinder is the fundamental reason for the abnormal partial discharge situation.Finally,in order to avoid the recurrence of similar defects,corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are proposed.
