农区所视域下江苏省农业科学院系统院地一体化建设思考

摘　　要：开展院地一体化建设是江苏省农业科学院(以下简称“江苏省农科院”)着眼于“建成高水平国际化现代农业科研院所”的目标定位,加快整合专业所与农区所技术力量,从而形成推进科技创新强大合力的重大战略决策。文章介绍了江苏省农科院系统院地一体化建设的背景,分析了院地一体化建设的现状及制约因素,并从全面梳理现有研究方向、开展学科交叉融合试点、强化双向协同创新、强化顶层设计等方面提出了农区所视域下开展院地一体化建设的建议。The integrated construction of the headquarters and regional institutes is a major strategic decision made by Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences with the goal of"building a high-level international modern agricultural research institute",accelerating the integration of professional institutes and regional institutes′technical forces,and thus forming a strong joint force to promote scientific and technological innovation.This article introduced the background of the integration of the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences headquarters and regional institutes,analyzed the current situation and restrictive factors of this integration,and put forward suggestions for promoting the integration from aspects such as comprehensively sorting out existing research directions,carrying out pilot projects for interdisciplinary integration,strengthening two-way collaborative innovation,and enhancing top-level design from the perspective of agricultural region institutes.
