对农业科研院所专利管理工作的思考——以北京市农林科学院为例

摘　　要：农业专利作为体现农业科研院所创新实力的重要指标,对于促进农业创新发展具有重要意义。文章从科技管理视角对北京市农林科学院“十三五”的专利申请和授权情况进行分析研究,在总结分析北京市农林科学院专利管理的现状、采取的措施和存在的问题基础上,从提升整体科技竞争力、提升专利含金量、助力专利转化应用等方面提出了加强专利管理工作的对策和建议,以期促进农业科研院所专利管理工作的高质量发展。Agricultural patents,as an important indicator reflecting the innovation strength of agricultural research institutes,are of great significance for promoting agricultural innovation and development.This article analyzed the patent application and authorization situation of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences during the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"from the perspective of science and technology management.Based on the summary and analysis of the current status of patent management,the measures taken,and the existing problems at Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences,the article proposed countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening patent management work from aspects such as enhancing overall technological competitiveness,improving the quality of patents,and facilitating patent transformation and application,with the aim of promoting high-quality development of patent management in agricultural research institutes.
