山西省大豆产业布局与聚集研究

摘　　要：山西省位于我国黄淮海大豆种植区,品种资源占全国资源总量的11%,但产业占有份额较小,深度发掘其大豆生产潜力,针对不同区域分类施策是关键。为进一步明确山西省大豆产业现有格局,文章以2022年山西省各县区的大豆生产数据为基础,应用莫兰指数分析大豆产业集聚效应,通过热点分析结果划分大豆产业集群,并基于区位熵以及比较优势指数对各区域集群的产业专门化率及产业竞争力进行了分析。结果表明,山西省大豆产业主要集中在吕梁和晋城两大区域(以下简称“吕梁豆区”和“高泽豆区”),吕梁豆区产业集中度较高,而高泽豆区在比较优势上高于吕梁豆区。最后,提出利用各区优势打造各自核心竞争力,如在吕梁豆区改良种植技术提高单产是关键,而高泽豆区打造“大豆+”康养产业,提升大豆产业的软实力是未来发展方向。Shanxi Province is located in the soybean planting area of the Huang-Huai-Hai region in China,with variety resources accounting for 11%of the total national resources.However,its industrial share is relatively small,and it is crucial to deeply explore its soybean production potential and implement targeted policies for different regions.In order to further clarify the layout of soybean industry in Shanxi Province,based on the soybean production data of counties and districts in Shanxi Province in 2022,the Moran index was used to analyze the agglomeration effect of soybean industry,and the distribution map of soybean industry agglomeration degree was drawn through the hot-spots analysis.Then the soybean industry clusters were divided,and the competitiveness of each regional cluster was analyzed.The results showed that the soybean industry in Shanxi Province was mainly concentrated in the two major regions of Lvliang and Jincheng,hereinafter referred to as LSD(Lvliang Soybean District)and GSD(Gaoze Soybean District),and the industrial concentration of LSD was relatively high,while the GSD had a higher comparative advantage than LSD.The advantages of each region should be used to build their own core competitiveness,so as to achieve a new pattern of soybean production with a higher level of specialization,inter-regional coordination and promotion,and complementary advantages.
