摘 要:本文详细探讨了采集机输出数据量监测智能化运维网管的设计与实施。首先介绍了系统的总体架构,包括数据采集层、数据处理层和用户交互层,并详细阐述了每一层的功能。其次,分析了数据采集技术、数据同步与传输技术、数据处理与分析的核心技术以及反馈与决策支持技术等关键技术,旨在提高运维管理的响应速度和决策质量。最后,讨论了实时异常检测、时间序列分解、多元回归分析和聚类算法,这些算法在优化数据流处理和提升系统智能化水平方面发挥了重要作用。This article discusses in detail the design and implementation of intelligent operation and maintenance network management for monitoring the output data volume of data acquisition machines.Firstly,the overall architecture of the system was introduced,including the data collection layer,data processing layer,and user interaction layer,and the functions of each layer were elaborated in detail.Secondly,the core technologies of data collection,data synchronization and transmission,data processing and analysis,as well as feedback and decision support technologies were analyzed to improve the response speed and decision quality of operation and maintenance management.Finally,real-time anomaly detection,time series decomposition,multiple regression analysis,and clustering algorithms were discussed,which have played an important role in optimizing data stream processing and improving the level of system intelligence.
