摘  要:本研究基于体外实验模型,通过整合细胞能量代谢状态监测与分子机制压力测试技术,系统探究了汉麻仁活性肽对RAW264.7巨噬细胞能量代谢的调控作用及其潜在分子机制。研究重点评估该活性成分对线粒体功能、糖酵解通路及能量代谢关键调控因子的特异性影响。结果显示,汉麻仁活性肽处理后,巨噬细胞的呼吸代谢发生了显著变化,包括线粒体呼吸的ATP产生量的增加和糖酵解速率的提高。进一步的分子机制研究表明,汉麻仁活性肽可能通过调节线粒体和糖酵解途径来影响巨噬细胞的能量代谢。这些发现揭示了汉麻仁活性肽在巨噬细胞的能量代谢中的潜在作用机制,为其在代谢相关疾病治疗中的应用提供了理论基础。In this study,in vitro experimental methods were employed to investigate the effect of Hemp bioactive peptide( HBP) on energy metabolism in macrophage RAW264.7 by measuring the energy metabolic status and stress testing of HBP molecular mechanisms.The results showed that significant changes in respiratory metabolism of macrophages were observed after treatment with HBP,including an increase in ATP production from mitochondrial respiration and an enhancement in glycolytic rate.Further molecular mechanism studies indicated that HBP might influence the energy metabolism of macrophages by regulating mitochondrial and glycolytic pathways.These findings revealed the potential mechanisms of action of HBP in macrophage energy metabolism,providing a theoretical basis for their application in the treatment of metabolism-related diseases.
