摘　　要：本文以普惠金融为背景,针对黑龙江乡村食品产业发展中融资、技术和市场方面的困境,从理论和现实层面梳理了普惠金融助力黑龙江乡村食品产业发展的意义与可行性。从“供给端”和“需求端”提出了黑龙江乡村食品产业发展的应对策略,为推动乡村食品产业高质量发展提供参考借鉴。Based on the background of inclusive finance,aiming at the difficulties of financing,technology and market in the development of rural food industry in Heilongjiang,this paper combs the significance and feasibility of inclusive finance's assistance to the development of rural food industry in Heilongjiang from the theoretical and practical levels.From the"supply side"and"demand side",this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of rural food industry in Heilongjiang Province,which provides reference for promoting the high-quality development of rural food industry.
