桃源河流域饮用水源保护与生态综合治理建设的思考

摘　　要：自2013年以来,桃源河流域的生态治理工作稳步推进,已实现部分河段水质改善和局部生态环境恢复。然而,由于工业污染、农业污染和生活污染等源头问题仍未得到有效治理,桃源河的生态环境破坏依然严重,导致流域内仍面临水体恶化、水质不稳定等困境。同时,作为重要的饮用水源地,桃源河的水质安全直接关系到流域内居民的健康和生活质量,因此,全面的生态修复和保障饮用水安全成为迫在眉睫的任务。基于此,本文简要探讨了桃源河流域的饮用水源保护与生态综合治理措施,包括综合工程措施、污染控制、生态补水以及全民参与官民共治,并提出了具体的实施方案,为桃源河流域的生态可持续发展提供科学依据和技术支撑。Since 2013,the ecological management of Taoyuan River basin has been steadily promoted,and water quality improvement and local ecological environment restoration have been achieved in some reaches of the river.However,as the source problems such as industrial pollution,agricultural non-point source pollution and domestic pollution have not been effectively controlled,the ecological environment of Taoyuan River is still seriously damaged,resulting in water deterioration and unstable water quality in the basin.At the same time,as an important source of drinking water,the water quality safety of Taoyuan River is directly related to the health and quality of life of residents in the basin,therefore,comprehensive ecological restoration and protection of drinking water safety have become an urgent task.Based on this,this paper briefly discusses the measures of drinking water source protection and ecological comprehensive treatment in Taoyuan River Basin,and puts forward specific implementation plans to provide scientific basis and technical support for the ecological sustainable development of Taoyuan River Basin.
