摘  要:近年来,区块链技术因其去中心化、不可篡改和可追溯等特点,在肉类工业中受到广泛关注。其应用场景涵盖了从养殖、屠宰到销售的全产业链,但是由于技术本身及外部环境的限制,实际应用进展缓慢。本文探讨了区块链技术在肉类工业中的应用现状,并从不同层面对区块链技术在肉类工业应用中存在的问题进行探讨,在此基础上针对实际应用面临的问题提出相应的优化对策,以期为该技术在肉类工业的推广应用提供理论参考和实践指导。In recent years,blockchain technology has received widespread attention in the meat industry due to its characteristics of decentralization,imtamability and traceability.Its application scenarios cover the whole industry chain from breeding,slaughtering to sales.Due to the limitations of the technology itself and the external environment,its practical application progress is slow.This paper discusses the application status of blockchain technology in the meat industry,and discusses the existing problems in the application of blockchain technology in the meat industry from different levels.On this basis,it puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures for the problems faced by practical application,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the promotion and application of this technology in the meat industry.
