摘　　要：食品是人类生存不可或缺的基石,食品安全构成了社会公共安全的关键一环,与人类社会的发展与进步紧密相连,农村食品安全问题是关乎整个社会和经济和谐发展的重大民生议题。随着我国农村食品商品化程度的进一步加深,人们对“食品安全问题”的需求和认知也经历了翻天覆地的根本性转变,已从基本的生存需求跃升至更高层次的安全需求,面对这一趋势,如何全面认识并有效应对农村食品安全问题,已成为迫在眉睫的亟待解决的问题。因此,本研究聚焦于“农村食品安全问题”,深入剖析现阶段农村食品安全现状与存在的问题,并在此基础上,探索并提出解决农村食品安全问题的有效策略。Food is the indispensable cornerstone of human survival,food safety constitutes a key part of social public security,and is closely linked to the development and progress of human society,and rural food safety is a major livelihood issue related to the harmonious development of the whole society and economy.With the further deepening of the commercialization of rural food in China,people's demand and cognition of"food safety issues"have also experienced a fundamental change,has jumped from the basic survival needs to a higher level of safety needs,in the face of this trend,how to comprehensively understand and effectively respond to rural food safety issues,has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this study focuses on"rural food safety issues",in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of rural food safety at the present stage,and on this basis,explore and propose effective strategies to solve rural food safety problems.
