马奶复合制剂的研制及其对运动表现与疲劳恢复的作用机制研究

摘　　要：马奶复合制剂富含乳清蛋白、乳铁蛋白及多种活性成分,在运动过程中能够促进能量代谢,减少乳酸堆积,延缓疲劳发生。其抗氧化酶活性显著,能够有效清除自由基,减轻运动诱导的氧化应激损伤,提升肌肉修复能力。乳铁蛋白及枸杞多糖等复合成分能进一步激活免疫系统,缓解运动后免疫抑制状态,促进机体快速恢复。The mare's milk compound preparation,enriched with whey protein,lactoferrin,and various active components,promoted energy metabolism during exercise,reduced lactate accumulation,and delayed the onset of fatigue.Its antioxidant enzyme activity was significant,effectively scavenging free radicals and alleviating exercise-induced oxidative stress damage,thereby enhancing muscle repair capabilities.The compound components,such as lactoferrin and goji polysaccharides,further activated the immune system,alleviated post-exercise immunosuppression,and facilitated rapid recovery of the body.
