摘　　要：随着我国进入新发展阶段,国内外环境的变化对粮食安全提出了新的挑战和要求。本研究以新时代粮食安全的新内涵和新目标为导向,从供给侧、稳定性、获得性和生态性4个维度出发,选取12个具体指标构建了粮食安全评价体系。为有效避免因指标之间高度相关性带来的信息冗余,本文引入Choquet模糊积分构建粮食安全评价模型,为保障粮食安全提供现实依据和政策建议。As our country enters a new stage of development,the changes of domestic and international environment bring new challenges and requirements to food security.Based on the new connotation and new goals of food security in the new era,this study selects 12 specific indicators to construct a food security evaluation system from four dimensions:supply side,stability,accessibility and ecology.In order to effectively avoid the information redundancy caused by the high correlation between indicators,this paper introduces Choquet fuzzy integral to build a food security evaluation model to provide practical basis and policy suggestions for ensuring food security.
