摘  要:针对核电站新型屏蔽材料的需求,采用高能等离子喷涂技术制备钨-镍合金涂层,对其微观形貌、成分分布、硬度及结合强度等性能进行分析,并通过理论计算和实际测试的方法对比研究钨-镍合金涂层和铅的屏蔽能力。结果表明,钨-镍合金涂层厚度为875μm左右,整体致密均匀,孔隙率仅为5.1%;涂层内无氧化及裂纹现象发生,平均硬度为523 HV0.3,结合强度达47.3 MPa。屏蔽能力对比分析结果显示,理论计算和实际测试结果相近,在同一厚度下钨-镍合金涂层对γ射线的屏蔽能力较铅更为优异,具有一定的应用前景。In view of the demand for new shielding materials of nuclear power plants,W-Ni alloy coating was prepared by high-energy plasma spraying technology.The micro-morphology,composition distribution,hardness,bonding strength and other properties were analyzed,and the shielding capabilities of W-Ni alloy coating and lead were compared through theoretical calculation and practical testing.The results show that the thickness of W-Ni alloy coating is about 875μm,the whole is dense and uniform,and the porosity is only 5.1%.There is no oxidation and crack in the coating,the average hardness is 523 HV0.3,and the bonding strength is 47.3 MPa.The comparative analysis results of the shielding capacity show that the theoretical calculation and actual test results are similar,and under the same thickness,the shielding ability of W-Ni alloy coating toγray is better than that of lead,which has certain application prospects.
