摘 要:在420~460℃对经氮气退火后的纳米晶磁芯进行二次横磁退火,外加磁场强度为800 Gs。分别采用X射线衍射仪、精密磁性元件测试仪和软磁交流设备测量带材的晶相结构、磁芯的电感L和磁损耗Ps等数据。研究表明,Fe基纳米晶合金在二次横磁退火后可以优化高频软磁性能。当频率为100 kHz时,只经过550℃氮气保护退火的磁芯,其有效磁导率μ_(e)、矫顽力H_(c)和磁损耗P_(s)分别为24.2 k、1.20 A/m、6.1 W/kg(最大磁感应强度B_(m)=0.1 T条件下);而经过440℃二次横向磁场退火后,有效磁导率μ_(e)提高到31.5 k,矫顽力H_(c)降低到0.96 A/m,磁损耗Ps降低到4.9 W/kg(B_(m)=0.1 T)。The nanocrystalline cores were subjected to secondary transverse magnetic field annealing at 420-460℃,and the applied magnetic field strength was 800 Gs.X-ray diffractometer was used to measure the crystal phase structure of the strip,precision magnetic component tester was used to measure the inductance L of the cores and soft magnetic AC equipment was used to measure the the magnetic loss Ps of the cores.The results show that the secondary transverse magnetic field annealing process can improve the high-frequency soft magnetic properties of nanocrystalline cores.When the frequency is 100 kHz,the effective magnetic permeabilityμ_(e),coercivity Hc and magnetic loss P_(s)of the cores are 24.2 k,1.20 A/m,6.1 W/kg(B_(m)=0.1 T)respectively after only nitrogen annealing at 550℃.However,the effective permeability μ_(e)is increased to 31.5 k,the coercivity H_(c)is reduced to 0.96 A/m,and the magnetic loss Ps is reduced to 4.9 W/kg(B_(m)=0.1 T)after the second transverse magnetic field annealing at 440℃.
