摘  要:为了探究轧制和时效处理对7050超高强铝合金的摩擦磨损性能的影响,使用金相显微镜、万能实验机及扫描电镜等对其微观组织和力学性能进行表征,对其摩擦磨损性能进行了测试。结果表明:经过轧制处理后试样强度和硬度上升,但是塑性大幅下降,再经时效后合金的塑性得到一定程度的回复。轧制+时效处理试样的磨损量较小,平均摩擦系数也较小,耐磨性能更好。轧制试样的磨损机制为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损并存,轧制+时效试样的磨损机制主要以磨粒磨损为主。In order to explore the influence of rolling and aging treatment on the friction and wear properties of 7050 ultra-high strength aluminum alloy,its microstructure and mechanical properties were characterized by metallographic microscope,universal testing machine and scanning electron microscope,and its friction and wear properties were tested.The results show that after rolling,the strength and hardness of the sample increase,but the plasticity decreases significantly.After aging,the plasticity of the alloy recovers to a certain extent.The rolling+aging sample has smaller wear amount,smaller average friction coefficient and better wear resistance.The wear mechanism of the rolled samples is the coexistence of abrasive wear and adhesive wear,and the wear mechanism of rolled+aged samples is mainly abrasive wear.
